Home Docors Medical Associates, LLC is an experienced, highly regarded team of medical doctors and nurse practitioners offering regular scheduled visits as well as preventative medicine visit. Our team takes the approach of treating the "whole person". It is our goal to see a new patient within 5 days or sooner based on medical necessity. Some of the other services we provide include:

Home Docs

We specialize in treating elderly and disabled patients who are unable to visit a doctor's office. All of our doctors are fully licensed and credentialed. Home Docs can be your Primary Care Physician or work together with your existing doctor. We are able to schedule diagnostic tests in the comfort of the patient's home. Tests include: blood sugar checks, EKG's echocardiograms, injections, pulse oximetry, carotid dopplers, arterial and venous dopplers, general ultrasounds, x-rays, blood draws and much more. Home Docs is a Medicare benefit. Many other health insurance plans are also accepted. Home Docs is a non-emergency service.

Insurances Accepted

We are a Medicare provider, as well as PPO Insurances and Private Pay accepted. HMO patients who wish to pay privately are welcomed. Additional Health Insurances Companies may be accepted. Please call or email for verification. Due to insurance companies merging and healthplans changing, we are currently only accepting Medicare and Care Improvement Plus.
